Welcome to the Premed Senior College online Application form.

To confirm your application for enrolment at Premed Senior College, this form must be completed and submitted together with a non-refundable application fee of $150. Payment is to be made online via credit card.

Before you start the application, please ensure that you have the following ready.

• The most recent school report with grades (minimum A for Maths & Science or I.B. MYP equivalent)

• One marked Maths or Science assessment (e.g. SHE, practical, Directed Investigation), demonstrating A-standard achievement

• One marked English writing sample (optional but recommended)
